Important Safety Information Do not use LATISSE® if you are allergic to one of its ingredients. If you use/used prescription products for eye pressure problems, use LATISSE® under doctor care. May cause brown darkening of the colored part of the eye which is likely permanent. LATISSE® may cause eyelid skin darkening which may be reversible. Only apply at base of upper lashes. DO NOT APPLY to lower lid. Hair may grow outside the treatment area. If you have eye problems/surgery, consult your doctor. Common side effects include itchy and red eyes. If discontinued, lashes gradually return to previous appearance. These are not all the possible side effects of LATISSE®. For more information, please talk to your health care professional. Please see LATISSE® full Product Information.
Step 1:
Before applying LATISSE® daily, ensure your face is clean and that makeup and contact lenses are removed.
Step 2:
Remove an applicator from its tray. Then, holding the sterile applicator horizontally, place one drop of LATISSE® solution on the area of the applicator closest to the tip, but not on the tip.
Step 3:
Immediately draw the applicator carefully along the skin at the base of the upper eyelashes (where the eyelashes meet the skin) going from the inner part of your lash line to the outer part.
Step 4:
Blot any excess solution beyond the eyelid with a tissue.
Step 5:
Dispose of the applicator after one use. Repeat for the opposite eyelid, using a new, sterile applicator to help minimize any potential for contamination from one eyelid to another.
Generally, the eyelash-enhancing ability of LATISSE® will take 16 weeks to reach its maximum effect. Few treatments work immediately, and you should begin to see a difference in your eyelash length, thickness, and color after about two months of continued daily use.
