SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free Canada Post Expedited ParcelTM shipping when you spend $99 and up (excluding discounts and tax).

On orders less than $99, standard shipping rates apply, based on the weight and dimensions of your orders as well as the distance to ship. A shipping cost of $15 will be applied at check-out for orders under $99 (excluding discounts and tax).

Please note, that we often offer special rates as part of a promotion or seasonal campaign where different circumstances may exist outside of the above mentioned.

Canada Post rates apply, based on your recipient's address and the package weight & dimensions. *Delivery times could be affected by the recipient's address, seasonality, whether, pandemic, or otherwise.

Orders do not require a signature for delivery.

IN-STORE PICKUP
In-store pickup is available if you wish to do local pickup from The Essence in 33 Nashville Rd, Kleinburg, Ontario. Orders must still be placed online. Select Curbside Pickup at checkout. Once your order has been placed, please email info@theessenceinc.com to schedule a date and time for pickup.

Same-day pick-up can be arranged if items are in stock.
