Going away, or just want to take a small break? You can freeze your subscription for up to 3 months. If you’ve purchased the package plan, you have up to 9 months to redeem your monthly facials.
If I don't make it in for my monthly facial, do I lose my facial credit?
If you miss your monthly facial, please reach out to us via email at info@theessenceinc.com or by text at (437) 518-0698.
How long do I have to redeem the free facial?
If you are redeeming the facial treatment for yourself, you have 1 month to do so. If you’re transferring to a friend, they’ll have 2 months to book.
Are the packages included in the membership discount?
No, the packages are already discounted services that are not further discounted with the membership plan.
Are the Customized BR Facials included in the Membership?
Yes, you can redeem up to three Enhanced BR Facials in your Membership plan. We suggest that you alternated between the Essential Facial and the Enhanced BR for the ultimate toned and radiant complexion.
When can I redeem my free facial from my first membership promo?
Your free facial is only redeemable once the 6 months of your subscription are over. You have 1 month to redeem it for yourself, and 2 months if you transfer it to a friend.
